ADVANCED PROGRAM IN MATHEMATICS
In 1992, Macquarie University introduced an advanced BSc program, focussing on mathematics and related areas. It was designed for students of higher mathematical ability, studying mathematics or some other subject which requires a considerable level of mathematical expertise. In particular, it is designed for students interested in mathematics or an area that uses a lot of mathematics such as astronomy, computing, electronics and physics, as well as banking and finance.
